To commemorate Ukraine’s Unity Day in January 2024, we invited children, our little nation-builders, to craft the Ukrainian trident from clay. Guided by the skilled hands of sculptor Mark Rhodes, the artist behind the Skovoroda monument in front of Ukraine House, these young creators shaped their own symbols of unity.

Once the clay tiles were fired and painted in the colors of Ukraine, they were assembled onto a single board—now a striking testament to Ukrainian unity that proudly adorns the front of Ukraine House.
